For fibre ISPs and the people who run them

Your fibre network, watched around the clock

NOC FLOW keeps an eye on every router, OLT and customer's ONU for you — and tells your team on WhatsApp the moment something breaks, so it's fixed before the phone rings.

Works with HIOSO and V-SOL OLTs behind MikroTik routers. No public IP needed.

One outage, start to finish

A fibre cut at 9 pm doesn't have to ruin the night

  1. 9:04 pm

A cable is cut on Juja Road

Fourteen customers on PON 3 go dark at once.

  2. 9:04 pm

    Your team hears first

One message in the NOC WhatsApp group: the port, the 14 customers and the closure they share.

  3. 9:12 pm

    Otieno knows where to go

The map shows closure JR-2 and the route; he takes the right kit the first time.

  4. 9:51 pm

    Back before the calls

Spliced. NOC FLOW confirms every ONU is up and posts the all-clear.

Monitoring

See every customer's light, all day long

NOC FLOW checks your OLTs every 20 seconds and grades each customer's fibre — good, weak or critical — so a failing connection becomes tomorrow's planned visit, not tonight's angry call.

  • Light, distance and status for every ONU
  • A whole-port failure is one alert, not forty
  • CPU, memory and temperature for every OLT
Alerts

Hear it first — even at 9 pm

Alerts arrive where your team already is: the NOC WhatsApp group, Telegram, SMS or email. Written in plain words, with what broke, who's affected and when it's back.

  • WhatsApp groups, linked with a QR code
  • Quiet hours — only what's critical at night
  • A message when it's fixed, with how long it took

Customers

Know the people behind every ONU

Put a name, a phone number and a pin on the map on each ONU. Your team sees which routers and access points are answering inside the customer's home or shop — and can call them from the same screen.

  • Find anyone by name, phone, MAC or IP
  • Rogue DHCP and moved access points flagged
  • Usage per customer, by app, for a year

Setup

Connect a site with one script

Add a router and NOC FLOW writes a script just for it. Import it on the MikroTik and the site's OLTs, customers and traffic start appearing within a minute — no public IP, no site visit.

Who it's for

Made for everyone on your team

The owner

Sees uptime, growth and what customers use, without asking anyone for a report.

The NOC

Watches every site on one board and gets the alert before the customer does.

The technician

Gets the customer, the light reading and the map pin before leaving the office.

And everything else you'd expect

  • Usage by app
YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp… per customer and site.
  • Live topology
Server to ONU as a tree or in 3D, with a 24 h replay.
  • Fibre plant map
Routes, closures, FATs and poles drawn by your team.
  • Customer routers
Change Wi-Fi, reboot and ping over TR-069.
  • Self-healing SNMP
OLTs that lose SNMP after a power cut get it back.
  • Staff areas
Technicians see only their OLTs or PON ports.

Questions ISPs ask us

Do my routers need a public IP?

No. Each MikroTik dials an encrypted WireGuard tunnel out to NOC FLOW, so it works behind CGNAT and any upstream ISP.

Which OLTs are supported?

HIOSO and V-SOL, EPON and GPON, including their own tables for ONU light, distance and status. Other OLTs that speak standard SNMP show their ports and interfaces.

Does NOC FLOW change my network?

The script you import sets up the tunnel, SNMP and flow export on the router. After that NOC FLOW only reads — except when an admin presses Configure SNMP on an OLT, which is logged step by step.

Can my technicians see only their area?

Yes. Give staff the technician or viewer role and limit them to chosen OLTs or even single PON ports; every page, search and alert follows that.

How do WhatsApp alerts work?

You link a WhatsApp number to your organization with a QR code, like WhatsApp Web, and pick the groups to post in. It isn't Meta's official API, so use a number kept for alerts.

What happens when an OLT comes back from a power cut with SNMP off?

NOC FLOW notices the OLT's web page answering while SNMP is silent, switches SNMP back on through the web UI, and records what it did.
